The small bags of pebbles were added to hold the radials in the above configuration. I wanted to see if holding the radials flat to the roof floor would have an effect on how the antenna worked. The antenna still worked well. I wish I could somehow tape the radials in place with a tape color identical to the roof floor. But I don't know of any tape that will do that.
