Here is a photo of my Tarheel Model 100A antenna (left) with the DX Engineering Capacity Hat with 20 feet of speaker wire being used as the whip or stinger. You can hardly make out the wire, it is too thin to make out properly. The 20 foot wire is being held via a long telescoping fiberglass mast (black).
