This is much better. As you can see I attached a luggage antenna mount to some wood and attached the antenna to the mount. The wood is held in place by two C-Clamps. I did this not only to elevate the mount so that it clears the window frame, but also to keep from damaging my landlords real window sill. The antenna is an 8 1/2 foot steel whip.
