Here is the finished product. I should have taken a photo of the under side of this dark 2X4 but I forgot. But you can see what I did. I have the bolt coming up from underneath and I added a metal ring so that the swiveling Artificial Window Sill would not damage my 2x4. Slick huh. Photo taken on Tue, November 23, 2010
