A close up of the point at which my 2meter/70cm dual band Diamond X50A antenna is attached to the metal 5 foot Radio Shack mast. I used two C-Clamps which attached to the roof wall plastic guard. I then used a plastic clamp to attach the mast to the C-Clamps. The C-Clamps are tightened to the point that its two handles also prevent the mast from moving. In a way I have created another vent pipe on the roof on which to attach an antenna. Photo taken on Fri, May 13, 2011
