A photo of my Heil PR 781 microphone. I took this photo to document that it is almost impossible to align the corners of the SM3 mount (where the actual microphone sits) and the vertical mike stand stem. It will tighten, but not to the point where the corners are aligned. Not even using the round washer like screws provided with the microphone. Photo taken on Tue, June 21, 2011
