This is a close up of my Heil PR 781 microphone. As you can see there are two tiny nicks on the corners of the front facing horizontal base stem. I accidentally nicked the stem in trying to tighten the round screws to align the corners of the stem with the corners of the mike mount. Photo taken on Tue, June 21, 2011
