This is a close up of the half inch washer which I added to my Heil PR 781 microphone. I added one to the both ends of the stand stem, at the base and where it meets the microphone mount. The half inch washer did the trick and now my microphone does not wiggle at the base of the stem or move clock or counter clock wise where the stem meets the microphone mount.
