I opened my Elecraft KX3 to put batteries inside. It's a bit scarry mucking around the inside of this radio. Personally I believe they should have made it so that the batteries could be added from outside and behind the radio case. I use rechargeable Eneloop Batteries. Photo taken on Sun, July 05, 2015
