Why is my mobile 2M/70CM equipment on the cement street of East 116th Street? I was providing communications for the local (NYC) ARECS group for the 5 Boro Bike Tour. Sometime I get a table and chair and other times, like this time, I was not provided a thing. I tried to buddy up on one of the many tents, but tent people did not want to share.
